Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. We aim to deliver UK recorded orders within 1-2 working days. Our free UK shipping option may take up to 5 working days. Tracked next day is as stated and only available from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be despatched until the next working Monday.
All UK orders placed between Monday to Thursday have the option of upgrading to our next day delivery service at the checkout. Orders over £80.00 will receive free *next day shipping. In most circumstances we use Royal Mail 1st class recorded, Royal Mail next day tracked or DHL courier for UK deliveries. Please note a signature is required upon receipt of your item. If a signature cannot be obtained, a card will be left detailing re-delivery information, or the address of your local depot for collection. If we cannot despatch your order immediately after receipt of payment, we will call or e-mail you with an expected delivery date.
Postage costs will be calculated at the checkout by the weight of your item/items and added to the total cost. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, if so we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to resolve any problems.
Please note Scene will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses details given at the check out ie postcodes , house names ect.
The safety and security of the delivery address is the responsibility of the recipient. Scene will not be held liable for falsified signatures, stolen items or deliveries to unsecure university halls.
*Please note that 'next day' orders, placed on a Friday, are NOT guaranteed for Saturday delivery and will usually arrive the following Monday.
Please note that Adidas products are intended for resale solely in the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Any orders on Adidas products placed outside of the EEA will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Worldwide shipping is available where possible. In most circumstances we use Royal Mail international signed for, or Air sure services. Delivery times differ depending on destination. Most items are delivered with in 7 - 15 working days. Postage costs will be calculated at the checkout by the weight of your item/items and added to the total cost.
Europe - As an estimate, smaller items like t-shirts and hats cost around £5.50, larger items like shoes and jackets cost between £7-£10
Rest of world – As an estimate, smaller items like t-shirts and hats cost around £7.00, larger items like shoes and jackets cost between £11-£17.

Please note that we sometimes recycle packaging in the interest of the environment. This includes discarded packaging and boxes from shop deliveries. Be assured that whatever we use to package your order, we take every effort to ensure the product arrives in pristine condition.
